Our commitment
Your pricing data is sensitive business information. We designed Objeqt from the start so that your data stays private to your company — it is never shared with, visible to, or used to benchmark against other customers.
What we collect
When you create an account: your name, work email, and company name. When you use the service: the quote history files you upload (customer names, products, prices, regions) and the new quotes you enter to check. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide the Quote Margin Check service — to map your columns, compute scoring results, and generate explanations. We do not use your data to train AI models, sell insights, or share with any third party. Claude (Anthropic's AI) is used to assist with column mapping and explanations; data sent to Claude is governed by Anthropic's enterprise data processing terms and is not used to train their models.
Data storage
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway in the EU West region. Uploaded files are stored as encrypted bytes in the database. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing hello@objeqt.com. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Third-party services
We use Clerk for authentication (governed by Clerk's privacy policy), Railway for hosting, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI features. None of these services receive more information than necessary to provide their function.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication (set by Clerk). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; the right to data portability; and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@objeqt.com.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
