1. What Objeqt is
Objeqt provides Quote Margin Check, a web-based tool that helps sales professionals in manufacturing companies price their quotes using their own historical deal data. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be 18 years or older and authorised to act on behalf of your company to create an account.
3. Your data
The quote history and pricing data you upload belongs to you and your company. We process it solely to provide the service — we do not share, sell, or use your data to train models or benchmark against other companies. You can delete your data at any time by contacting us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Objeqt to upload data you do not own or have the right to process, reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to access other customers' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
6. Pricing and billing
During the MVP period, Objeqt is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you at least 30 days notice and you will have the option to cancel before any charge is made.
7. Intellectual property
Objeqt and its underlying technology are owned by Objeqt. Your data remains yours. The service may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Objeqt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including pricing decisions made based on output from the tool.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
